I am a newbie with helmet-cams. However I got a Acivision beast some time ago and it works perfectly with the mount of Giro Montaro MIPS. However with my new Bell Super DH, which is awful by the way, I face the problem, that if I put the cams-mount into the helmets mount, it seems that the distance of the helmets mount is too long for the standard screw so the screw does not reach the screw nut.
However, if I put the screw into the helmet mount without sticking the cams mount into the helmets mount the screw reaches the screw nut and can be fixed.
Seems that Activisions mount - although it Looks standardised, is a bit to thick for the helmets mount and spreads it a bit so the screw is too short.
Does someone has an idea how to solve that? Is it possible to buy longer screws or are they standardised at one lenght?
