Anyone else had an issue with their PowerMore range extender where the charge level indicated by both LEDs on the extender body and on the Kiox display always show 5 bars / full? I let a buddy borrow mine and the extender got disconnected in the middle of a firmware update. Ever since then, the charge readout has been stuck at full. The extender still appears to be delivering power (I've gone out for 2 long rides with it on, getting more range than I'm able to on the internal battery, ending at 25%-30% shown on the Kiox). At the end of those rides, the Kiox showed the internal battery level to be low (matching the %) but the extender still full, and the LEDs on the extender still showed full. So there's no way to tell how much charge it has, which is concerning for planning rides and knowing when I can pull it off the charger.
I contacted Bosch USA customer support and they had me reset the BMS, which didn't fix it. I took it into the shop and they forced a firmware reinstall, and it still doesn't work. I've dropped it off at the shop again and asked them to contact Bosch to see what can be done. I was just wondering if anyone else had this issue crop up and what the resolution was, to help guide the shop in the process and speed it up.
