Pleas help

I am on holidays and i have problem with bike.

Bike is liv embolden e+ 2 one month old.

I came from ride and put it on charger…charging at 95% and on charger is solid red light now. I scan bike with the app and its showing battery error.
What can i doo? I try charge battery out of the bike and is the same.

What's the temperature? Maybe it is to hot...
Otherwise you could probably source some electrical cobtact spray and pht it on the contacts. (I will never go on vacation without it anymore )

Not hot. Normal temp.

Does the battery/bike work ok? It just won’t charge above 95%

The bike is today charged up to 100% works normal. Just on charger is solid red light after hours of charging. Its should be solid green but its red. And in app is battery error.
When i go on ride after some time the error is gone in app.

Update:- Bad charger! With new charger is all ok!
