Orbea Wild M20 2024 cracked mounting

Hi all,
I have a bit trouble with my Orbea Wild M20 MY3024, I had a noise around the motor when pedaling. It got worse on long tour...so I had to investigate. The mounting points for the motor seems cracked. See below pictures, I have send an email to Orbea asking for help. See pictures below, anyone a Idea how they will treat the claim?

They're sending a new frame, 2026 Model. Bike should be ready by Friday this week.
