Posting this on behalf of a mate who has an out of warranty rise now with a battery fault.
The bike has to be booked in for a diagnostic but it doesn’t seem that Orbea will be much help, or even have a replacement battery.
Just wondering if anybody on here has any experience of the Orbea warranty maze and the outcome for sorting a repair, either paid for or under an owner buying scheme.
