Orbea Rise 2022 540wh battery - completly died - any repairers out there

My 540wh battery in Rise H15 (2022) has died without any warning and will not charge or show up in Shimano Etube. Seems like will be be a problem with the battery management system. anyone out there found any speciaist repariers as I am reluctant to bin it.
PS Orbea wil not touch it - no post warranty support direct or through dealer and no replacement avialable !!!!

You scared me when you said no replacement battery available for a 3yo bike ... you mean not currently available? Part number is XA81, right? One site (Westbrook, UK) says due in on 24/October.

Was originaly August and put back every month - nothing available to order via Orbea

That sucks. An Orbea could give you any guidance on when batteries would be available or are ghosting you?
