I picked up a Moustache Samedi 26 FAT4 earlier this week and got out for a first ride over the moors today. Running 7psi in the front and 8.5psi in the rear, I had an absolute blast! In conditions that would otherwise have meant a survival ride, I just had fun everywhere. This bike has just transformed my winter riding, no question! 
Forgive the too-small rear mudguard, the mudguards I ordered haven't arrived yet!
