Levo Gen 3 Odd led before and after battery error.

Just got my first emtb, a Specialized Levo carbon.

Unpacked and a very quick first ride and all is good.

Last night I put it on charge. But once I removed the charger I got an error and the bike won’t turn on. It’s managed a grand 0.7 miles from new

The TCU displays 3 led sets, the middle one appears to be battery not found. But that’s between two others which I can’t see any mention of in the manual. Any ideas?

I’ve checked the connectors and sockets and they’re spotless (remember it’s barely turned a wheel), and I’ve pushed the plug in very firmly. Any ideas?

Try unplugging it, ensure the magnetic connector hasn't picked up a small metal particle, and plug it back in.

Also, don't push the connector in too firmly

Thanks brand new and nothing on the plug or socket.

Taking it back to the store tomorrow so they can have a look

My same bike had red in front & blue on the rear code. Changed battery in the TCU, works great now.

Turns out it was the lead, so they swapped it out and now back and working perfectly.

Same issues for me on new Comp Alloy (from the specialized owned store) after 0.0km on odometer. It's back in the shop the day after the first fix they tried by cleaning a connector; worked in the shop but not the morning after. What advise do you have for getting them to start replacing parts plus extend warranty because it's not worked since I paid for it?
