Not sure on dropper post sizing

Hi all
I’m looking at getting a dropper post for my trek power fly 5. I’ve searched the forms, and found reference to sizing but want to double check as mine is a small frame. I’m looking at the Brand X Ascend post - 31.6 x 125mm. It says minimum insertion is 90mm but I don’t think I have that? See pic! What do you think?

Those welds are on the outside of the seat tube.
Loosen the collar and push your seat as far down as it will go, and then measure how far it went. You’ll have plenty of space.
