North Yorkshire UK: Ride out/meet

Any one interested in an emtb meet, ride out from Langdale End, North Yorkshire? Come and have a guided tour around some trails you won't of ever been on.
(Not Dalby Forest) Something different. Emtb, Enduro style of riding, good level of fitness, you'll definitely get a work out even on an emtb

I'm good for any weekend, any weather, but a nice Autumn Day would of course be ideal I will try and fit in time wise, so if you have a particular date let me know.

How's next Saturday? (8th) i'm heading up anyway for Peaty's on the 9th and was going to camp somewhere.

Sure the 8th should be no problem, can meet at Langdale End ( there's some parking next to old phone box) and a good starting point.

OK I may have under estimated the distance. (but not an issue)
So if I leave at 6:30 Sat, me there for around midday, is that too late? otherwise i'll look at driving up friday night and getting a B&B?

Wow your keen not a problem, a midday start is fine by me, if that's what you'd rather do.... we'll do as much of the route I have planned out, the milage is massive, but what it lacks in miles, it does make up it ' Enduro' riding/ effort.....most of the technical stuff is from old motorcycle Enduro events back in the late 80/90s but not all .....it's quite a mix....hard to explain not as bad as it sounds.

Oh I was trying to get a friend to join the ride, but he has family commitments....so it a miss. Also contacted another guy in Scarborough that does lot of YouTube videos....he said he would pass it on to someone he knows that maybe interested? We'll see.
Otherwise it's just me and you so far.

Yes, absolutely no problem... Meeting at Langdale End 12 noon, I'll probably be there at 11:30

On another day myself and Wayne ( @The EMF )might have made this ..but we are having to stay fairly local this weekend and after 30yrs of riding in The Cheviots are checking out some " new" tracks ( 25%) of a route well known to us .
Dave (@JFDI )is one of our "irregular" riding mates so hopefully he can make it and let us know how good it is ..
Shame we can't meet up with yourself & Veedoubleya ..some other time .

Just been riding today with Phil and Mark at Lordstones.
Something has happened to all the trails?
They appear to be covered in a brown slippery goo substance which stinks instead of the dry dusty trails from a few weeks before?

Nice one.....how quick things change only seem 5 minutes ago and it was red hot
I did a route up and around Lordstones back in early September, I started from Hutton Rudby something that I had seen on someones YouTube then had a look on Komoot and picked something similar.
