Norco battery broken port

Dear Team, one of my friend has a Norco and his battery has a broken port (it is a Shimano motor with a BMZ battery). I am wondering if we can 3D print the broken part or find it as spare ?

Hello, it was the bottom of the BMZ battery and root cause is unknown. I guess it’s a weak part.
