Anyone had this? The bike rides perfectly well, any ideas what it could be?
My lbs had the motor cover off and gave it a good clean so its not bunged up inside.
** Can't attach the video , sounds like grinding.

I get this a wee bit on mine. I took the cranks off and spun the axle, dead smooth so convinced it was something rubbing between the crank and the motor or cover. Cleaned up the likely contact areas, left them dry and reassembled - no noise. I'm convinced it was a bit of dirt. Worth keeping an ear on it though.

I have the same issue on my 2019 Levo. The cranks spin freely backwards but there's a bearing rumble which to me sounds like the bearings are not good. Talked to my LBS and they say it's not covered under the warranty, which doesn't sound right to me.
Has anyone had this problem and tried to get it covered under warranty ?

I ride with other Levos and when I spin their cranks they sound smooth.

The good news is the noise has completely stopped and the crank spins backwards as smoothly and silently as when it was new. No idea what caused it, maybe a bit of grit?
