No frames for a warranty claim so...

Cube have offered a full refund as they can't replace my cracked frame. Tempted to re order a '22 140 tm as I'll have a brand new bike with full warranty and my money back for my old one with 1k miles of proper off roading that's coming up 2 years old ?
So has anybody got any info on cubes' 22 year model range?
