Finally have some time to install a front headlight to my Haibike ALLMTN 6. Have the Magicshine 6500s V2 and the wire adaptor for the Yamaha PW X2. Wandering if this is going to be compatIble? I'm only noticing much smaller bike lights being connected using this wire adaptor. Would apprecaite some guidance on this please.

What's the power consumption of the light?
I can only find a battery version of that serial number?
The X2 has a 6v 9w output.

Hi Jackware, thanks for coming back to me. I've noticed the magicshine rechargeable battery has various outputs, pic attached.

So are you trying to recharge the lamp's battery while you're using it?
Looking at the inputs on the label the bike's output isn't sufficient.

I'm trying to power the magicshine 6500 v2 directly from the Haibike wiring loom. The PW X2 cable connection (from Magicshine) connects the lamp to the wiring loom, and the wiring "thickness" seems to match that which connects to the magicshine battery. I was however worried about how much current this lamp would draw. I'd hate to turn it on and "Poof" :)

Hi Has Any One Added Anything On The Wiring Circuit For The Light On Haibikes
