Four month old Am flow pro with 500 miles. In the last 200 miles increasing grind whine sound which I will try to attach some videos of. Occurs with any peddling at any speed with any power mode, and in any gear. Am Flow Support had me make videos of turning the crank, with the chain off and power on which produces the sound. Turning the crank with chain off and power off does not make the sound.. There is no effect on performance. I cannot detect any looseness of the bottom bracket or crank or motor mounts. The people at Allo Support Saturday afternoon say they will ask their tech staff about it and they also say they've never seen this particular problem. I don't find anything searching online with AI that matches a specific sound either. As you can see in the video the sound occurs as long as they're overrun is operating, and of course stops once overrun is completed. I have my setting at medium overrun this is similar to the sound that track with the TQ motor had which was something that occurred with 10 or 15% of power output of the TQ motor and which TQ acknowledged was in complete engagement of the Sprags , and which TQ says officially that it does not affect performance or durability and is merely a sound problem.
