Hi my Name is Stefan, iam 39 from Germany.

I build a bike by myself.

Engine/Motor:
▪️Bafang m620 52V UART 46 teeth Chainring
▪️Frame: Liteduro LDE6030 19" Hardtail frame
▪️Brake: Magura mt trail 203mm
▪️Wheels: Shimano WH-MT500-CL Disc Center Lock 29"
▪️Pedals: SHIMANO Pd-gr500
▪️Headset: CANE CREEK 40.Tapered ZS44/28.6 | ZS56/40 1 1/8"-1 1/2"
▪️Fork: Formula Thirtyfive 35 29“ Air 140mm
▪️Rear derailleur:
▪XT Linkglide Shadow Plus RD-M8130
▪Cassette CS-LG700-11 Linkglide 11-50T
▪Chain: E-Bike Quick-Link CN-LG500 ▪Shifter: Linkglide SL-M8130
▪Display: Eggrider C2

Iam new and nees help for many topics...

▪drivetrain problems, i think my frame and hanger and dropout are not symmetrical and are out of center.
▪Frame alignment: i think i must cold bend my frame because it is out of center. Its normally a Dropout of 142mm, but i have to pull rear frame to get the wheel inside, because in not-mounted state the meauseres dropout is 137mm or less
▪ firmware issuses or problems: low voltage cutoff current ramp down starts at 50% soc and limiting me to 12A by remaining 40%

That thing will be fast when you get it dialed in, nice build! I would stick with the stock bafang display, I have burned out 2 controllers on my m620 with eggriders on, and I never liked the battery ramp down, it kicks in way too soon and limits to 600w for a long time. I have settled on 8 speed acolyte transmission and have had no issues. Good luck!

Looks like an aluminum frame so good luck cold aligning it?

I have had an M620 FS bike for a few years and highly recommend splitting the case and installing John Deere Cornhead grease as it works well to quiet the motor noise.
