New Kiox & controller for a 2020 9.7

I’m not sure if the new Kiox system is possible with a 2020 9.7 Rail. I currently have the original Kiox mounted on the stem but I would be fine with a knock-block mount. Is the motor compatible? I like the option of a new app that would allow me some upgrades, adjustments and downloading ability. I like the colour coding on the new controller too.
Is this possible?

Sadly not, the connections AND the communication protocols are apparently all different to accommodate future advances.

The good news is that all the big players have agreed to a standard so all switches, displays and batteries will be interchangeable in the future.

OK, that might be a tiny lie. Lets face it, how many years did it take for someone to say, hey - lets make a standard derailleur hanger

Standard Interchangeability…I must be dreaming.

It’s a bit of a stretch to hope that my old stuff will work with the new stuff.
