New Ebike rider form Sussex UK

Hi, My name is Mike, I am new to mountain biking. Looking to purchase my first full suspension EMTB soon with around 4K budget.Doing all the research at the minute. I prefer to buy a bike with Bosch Gen 4 motor. My options so far are:

Cannondale Moterra Neo 3 for £3,999.00 (tick all the boxes for me at this price but only available online)
Cannondale Moterra Neo 4 for £3,250.00 (Shimano EP8 motor but the price is so tempting )
Haibike Allmtn 3 for £3,449.00

any recommendations would be great. any idea on where i can find a Demo in Sussex UK?

Definitely get a bike with a Bosch Gen 4 motor.

There are currently some amazing deals so your budget will not be an issue.
