Fidlock was getting a bit noisy on rough terrain (on the Insta360).
So I fashioned a gasket out of inner tube

Thanks for this post. I received my Decals from Silk for my Kenevo comp full 29” I am building up.I’ve tried to achieve that look. Slik matched the frame colour and I then used gold for the secondary colour.

I don’t use my GoPro anymore. I use an Insta360 X3 chest mounted.Random question, but where have you got your GoPro attached to get that viewpoint? I have the chest mount, but I guess you must have it round your waist or something to get that angle? I just have the top of my bars at the bottom of the screen!
Nice! Great quality. Thanks for this post. I received my Decals from Silk for my Kenevo comp full 29” I am building up.

Ah - that’s why you have the lower part of the bike in view!I don’t use my GoPro anymore. I use an Insta360 X3 chest mounted.
To be honest I have a 360 view through the editing software. But you don’t want to see some views!Ah - that’s why you have the lower part of the bike in view!
Thanks …. I kept the transfer to 150mm which is perfect for me.Awesome build! Truly inspiring. I am doing a 'lightweight' version of this to go mullet or full 29 f/r (will test mullet first) on my S4 2023 Kenevo, and swapping most key components. However, I am struggling to find the optimal dropper post length. What size is the Fox Transfer you have fitted on your? I'd prefer the 200mm one, but then I'd have to be able to lower the tube almost completely into the frame, leaving only 1-2cm above, and I’m not sure the Kenevo frame has enough insertion depth for that..
Ah, okay. Thanks I need a bit longer than the stock, but 175mm will probably be the best fit then as I don't really think the 200 will insert fully. Thanks …. I kept the transfer to 150mm which is perfect for me.
Ah ….. my dropper is mostly down to be honest!Ah, okay. Thanks I need a bit longer than the stock, but 175mm will probably be the best fit then as I don't really think the 200 will insert fully.
Haha, yeah - but with longer travel it can go even further down in the lowered position for the same pedaling height My aim is to have a dropper where the collar is sitting just on top of the seat tube, so the seat is as low as possible when 'dropped'Ah ….. my dropper is mostly down to be honest!
I think it will fit fine. My Transfer post felt like it was rubbing against something fully inserted so guess it was the nipple bolts.Awesome! I just god hold of a 175mm Fox Transfer Factory, but it's in 30.9mm diameter so hopefully it should slide past those nipple bolts making full insertion possible. Will try to install tonight and see, fingers crossed If not, you have already provided a solution for me - so thx in advance mate
Btw, what is the total weight of your current/completed build, including pedals?
It’s a tad over 25kgs which I am happy with considering the Ohlins coil, AXS drivetrain and Dropper, Cushcore and heavy duty rubber making it a Super Enduro plough!Awesome! Where did you get those? What brand
Isn't the Renthal stem meant to be a no gap torque on the bottom two bolts? By putting the tabs in there that is effectively changing the clamping forces.View attachment 124298

Still a gap at the top and all torqued appropriately. Bars don’t move and I’ve used them fairly hard.Isn't the Renthal stem meant to be a no gap torque on the bottom two bolts? By putting the tabs in there that is effectively changing the clamping forces.
Thanks - it’s an amazing rig. I get so much out of it!I think you got suggested to me on instagram at one point, lovely build mate some moneys worth there!
