Currently running Surly Dirt Wizard 27.5 x 3.0 (tubeless) but they need changing soon. Being a bit of a newbie what tyres would you replace them with? BTW: I like the ones that are fitted and if they are considered good then I will happily replace like for like :).
Most of my riding will be over fairly modest terrain, cycle paths, forest paths and the likes -> not yet reached the giddy heights of riding full blown mountainous routes (yet)
Thanks for your help

I'm a fan of the Maxxis Minion DHR both front and rear… They have all the traction you'll need and unless you live in mud they perform really well everywhere. 27.5 2.8

How wet is the terrain you ride?

I liked the 2.8 Nobby Nic on the rear of my Powerfly but it was utter bobbins on the front. They are a bit susceptible to rock damage though.

I’m currently running a 2.8 DHR2 on the rear and a 2.6 Magic Mary on the front. The MM might be a bit aggressive, in which case I’d look at a 2.6 DHR2 for the front.
