Need to Replace Single Brake / Shifter Pod

HI! I'm just getting back into MTB'n after a 15 year hiatus. I picked up a new PL (non Pro). I need to adjust the rear brake controller and the shifting pod separately. What would I need to install to be able to adjust these two components separately on the handlebars?

Also, what is a good replacement lever for the Magura HC levers that came on the bike? They seem a little too short for me.

To decouple mounts
- you'd need Magura clamp
- you'd need Sram MMX clamp

Levers - you'd need 2-finger MT lever
