Need recommendation for pedals for Spec' Levo Comp Alloy

Need recommendation for pedals for Spec' Levo Comp Alloy. I don't want a pedal that is super aggressive that has the sharp spikes sticking up. I had a set of pedals on my old acoustic bike that were some sort of metal and had teeth on them but were not super aggressive like some you see today. I don't think these are still made. Can anyone suggest something like these that will offer some traction between the shoe and pedal but not as aggressive as the popular items being used today.
