This is My Trek Powerfly 4 sports equipped (2020) though I have upgraded several things. The pedals are Magpeds, The brake discs are Shimano spiders which work well with the tektro brakes The rear pads are metal compound and front organic compound I've changed the derailleur too and my chain is waxed in graphene. Also the motor has now been upgraded to a Gen 4 with the help of cobee providing some very well made mounting brackets here's the Photos. This post has been updated previously I mentioned my ride was having the motor upgraded here is my bike now

I had the 2020 Powerfly hardtail with the Bosch Gen4 CX motor. I’ve since replaced that bike with the Fuel EXE 8. My son now has the Powerfly HT with a few upgrades (derailer, Hub, and Magura 8 brakes).

I also use magnetic peddles, Magped’s but since installed Avery Hustle magnetic peddles on the Fuel and Rail.

I’m not sure what kind of upgrade you could do to the motor? …other than a rebuild with the new type of crank bearings. (Which I’ve done recently to the Rail).

I'm upgrading to the Gen 4 but it's working out more expensive than I thought I've spent £100 on Gen 4, Sram Chain Ring XX t type 36 tooth direct mount sprocket £39 on a 126 link wipperman chain and for the fitting kit about £130 and £40 Labor so about £300. I will be gutted if there's not much difference in the ride. I'll let you know the outcome. My other concern is will it ruin the aesthetics anyway I'm committed now so fingers crossed

I’d be curious to see how this works out.

The batteries on both of my Powerfly HT’s had 500wh batteries…but interchangeable with the 625wh battery.

I’ve mainly used the ethirteen chainring as a replacement. Definitely upgraded the derailer …after breaking the NX a few times and I keep a spare derailer hanger.

I'm in the Process of upgrading to a Gen 4 powerline cx. I know what your thinking it's not possible with my current frame, however. I managed to obtain a conversion kit from a current EMTB'R. I'll have the bike ready in about a week then I'll post some pics
