My new Trek Rail 9.8 resting on a trig point in the Peak District

Took a break on my ride to take a pic, this spot is at 9,000' elevation in the Sierras. The Rail has been a great performing bike. After a 26 mile ride with 3,800 feet of climbing it still had 40% battery left.

Tyres still great for marbles over hard. Bit slidey however on long grass/heather!!

How about a California coastal beach ride on San Onofre State Beach.

This was apparently going to be a railway bridge for a line going from Braemar to Ballater. Queen Vicky however wasn't too keen on the idea so it ended up as just a bridge on Invercauld estate.

This was a bothy long years ago but regrettably some anti social yobs caused so much bother that the estate just shut it up. Carndavon lodge still exists but it's well locked up. There's a bunch of impressive murals inside but you would need to join an organised tour to feast your eyes on the interior.
