Moving to Portugal, any decent trails?!

Hi all,

So it looks like we'll be upping sticks and moving to the south of Portugal next year.

Does anyone have any recommendations for trails I could try whilst I get settled in?

Ideally I like downhill but all-day rides are also good for me!


Also - would be great to meet any fellow e-bikers there!

Yes the BTT Alte race is very good . Only done it once a year ago and there was about 400 competitors in it.
I cane 9th in the ebike category out of 7

There's loads of good trails around monchique, unfortunately I can't actually remember the details, but I'm sure they will be on trail forks.

We went a few years ago and hired a guide plus van for a few days of uplifted riding, was great.

Here is one of them. Just search around my site for others.
We hired KTM ebikes from a place called Bike Sol and used a mini bus company to transport us too and from the routes.
My mates place was in a fishing village called something like Feragooda near Portimo.
