Hi,
I have had my EMTB Scott 730 for 3 years and rode 5,000 Km at least when I visit Spain, I have gradually explored more and found my battery does not last enough even with careful use.
I am 67 so riding mountain trails for 85Km is hard. I am not keen carrying a battery on a pack or strapping it to the bike.
So my target was to mount the battery safely and be able to remove with any tools. This design is basically for the Bosch 500 watt and I think it might help others with EMTB bicycles. I am a bit of an inventor so I thought lets have a go, can't buy one anywhere anyway.
With mudguards on full travel is restricted and I need to design an extra strap to hold the battery more securely, next email.
