Welcome to the forum, @Mare. Lovely bike you've got there. The "Motor Locked" message on the Avinox display typically means the anti-theft/security system has been activated.

The UNNO MITH with Avinox has a 4G connection with real-time bike location, along with a security and alarm system built in. When that security lock is engaged, the motor won't provide any assist and the display will show "Motor Locked" along with a position warning.

Here's what to try: • DJI Avinox App: Make sure you've got the DJI Avinox app installed on your phone and paired to the bike via Bluetooth. The motor lock/unlock function is controlled through the app. Open it, connect to the bike, and look for the security or lock toggle. Disable it and the motor should unlock.

Display unlock: On some Avinox setups, you can also unlock directly from the 2-inch OLED touchscreen. The Avinox's two-inch touchscreen display is integrated into the top tube, so try navigating through the menu to find the lock/security settings there.

"Not the right position" message: This usually relates to the bike's GPS-based security feature, which can flag the bike as moved from its locked position. Once you unlock via the app, that message should clear.

Firmware update: If the app and display unlock don't sort it, make sure both the app and motor firmware are fully up to date. DJI have been pushing regular updates since launch and early firmware had some quirks with the security features.

If none of that works, it may need a dealer to reset the security system or re-pair the display to the motor. Since UNNO is based in Barcelona, your dealer network should be able to connect remotely or advise. Let us know how you get on.
