I'm thinking of buying one of the 2025 Crafty Rs but I am wondering about sizing. I'm 189cm (6'2.5") and I'm wondering if I'd be best on a Large or an XL?

I would usually always go XL but the wheelbase seems huge! I am used to a 505 - 510mm reach so between the two sizes. Any input would be gratefully received!

Large would probably be ideal.
I have a large, and am 6' with long legs and arms. It's too large for me honestly, but it was a smoking deal...
I'm usually between a large and an xl on most bikes. The crafty in large is definitely an xl by anyone else's standards.

The 25+ crafty shreds, I'm consistently faster on downhill tracks with it than my acoustic enduro bike (dreadnought v2).
The reviews where they make mention of it being muted, or comfortable, stem from the fact that it is simply faster before things get hectic. Outstanding bike, particularly with the 600wh battery.

I'm looking at a M/L and I'm 182cm (5'11") . So going by there sizing, a large would be better than the XL.

We are a Mondraker dealer. The bikes come up big, this is partly why many 2025/6 Crafty models now come in an in between M/L sizing. I would go with a large to be honest. If you want any measurements please get in touch. Certain Crafty specs are on offer currently.

I'm 183 on an M/L. Nice fit. I've added a 40mm stem and a 35 mm one Up bars on mine to give a bit more room but definitely fits. For 189 I would suggest the Large.
