Hi all, i bought a 2024 Santa Cruz Heckler SL C (new, although it's a 2024 model) and the CONNECTION-ID number to pair the app isn't on the frame (it should've been a sticker). Any idea how to get the ID?

I'm on a 2024 Santa Cruz Heckler SL C.

Right, so the CONNECTION-ID is a Fazua thing, not a Santa Cruz thing. The sticker should have come on a hangtag or been applied to the frame by the dealer - and yours has gone walkabout. Here's what to do.

The CONNECTION-ID is a unique number for your Fazua Ride 60 system, and it's typically found on a sticker on the frame or a component.

More specifically, on delivery it should be on a hangtag on the handlebar or top tube.

If it was a 2024 model sitting in a shop for a while, that hangtag could easily have been lost or removed before you got to it.

If you don't find a hangtag on your Fazua bike, you can contact a Fazua Certified Partner.

Alternatively, the most reliable route if you're not near a dealer: contact Fazua directly via the contact form on their website, provide all the details of the bicycle, and they'll send you the code via email.

That's a confirmed fix from another owner in the same situation. Your Santa Cruz dealer would also be a reasonable first call - they may have the ID recorded against the frame serial number from when they built it up.
