Seeing as there is an e160 thread, I thought we should have an e140 thread! Here's mine and I love it!

Nice colour. Same tyres as mine, bottle looks like a tight fit.

yes those 3 headed spikes things destroyed my last set of tyres. So LBS recommended I got with the exo casing & tubeles. Not sure it suits my riding though. Might have been better putting in Tannus Armour I think.

Yes I don’t feel comfortable having a drink whilst I’m rolling, it’s a tight fit alright!

Just had this for a week. Post might rejuvenate this thread.

Enjoying it so far - nice controllable delivery of assistance.

Will move onto tubeless soon and then organise a bluetooth connection

Hi All ,
Nice bike photos. , I have a red 2020 Merida , E140 4000, with a large frame. My question is ...... It is fitted a 504w battery which is the model E8035. . I am lead to believe , other than if i have the small frame , if you have medium size frame or bigger. The battery can be upgraded to a E8036 which is the 630w . Has anyone actually done this ? If so, was it as simple and just changing the battery, over or do you need buy any parts in order to do this ?

any help on this would be greatly recieved :)

Thanks for fuck all guys .............
You're welcome.

I missed your original post. Me and my wife have e160s. Mine is 504, her's is 630. The batteries are different lengths so cannot be directly replaced. I have looked to see if it would fit by moving the top and bottom internal fixings but it would be very fiddly and mean the battery would become internally fixed. I gave up on the idea... Unless Merida do a 630 in the same physical size as the 504, which I haven't seen, I think we are stuck with the 504whr.
