Nightmare day today derailleur through the spokes hanger snapped does anyone know where I can get mech hanger from

Well that's weird hanger is totally fine but this is what happened to the derailleur

For those looking for a spare hanger (just in case...) I purchased one from Ridewill in Italy and had it shipped to Aust, no problems at all.

@MsO That looks like the mech had a hell of a bang.

Amazing that the mech hanger didn't break instead, like it's supposed to do.

Didn't hit anything going along a smooth track I even got it on video there was just a massive bang then it caught up in the spokes

Looking on the bright side, it's probably easier to get hold of a derailleur than a new hanger.

All sorted now new mech under warranty?

Yeah that mech looks like it was a time bomb going by the grain structure at the break, definitely a badly cast section
