Mahle X35 doesn't display IWOC color change as power is consumed

I have a 2019 Orbea gain E bike, which had a new battery installed nine months ago. It has about 300 miles on it. Suddenly the.iwoc button does not change color as the battery depletes, although I know the battery is depleting because I have ridden it until it went into the last mode, and the power output was lowered. In addition, the.Mahle app does not display the reduction in power. It always shows 90%. What is wrong?
