Luv intrigue E1pro or E2pro?

I purchased a Trance E1pro 2020 really loving it.Looking to purchase a Liv Intrique E for my wife.

Riding hills and trails with roots and rocks.Eastern USA.
Wife just likes cruising the trails not going to be bombing down hills etc.
Do y’all think she would notice the fox fork on the 1 vs the Rockshox fork on the 2?
She would appreciate plushness.
$500 difference in price.

We only get the 2 in AU which my partner has. The stiction in the Rockshox 35 is an issue compared to the Fox 36 forks in my Trance 1. I need to service them to see if I can improve as there certainly is a difference in plushness.

For cruising around I don't think you would notice any difference if the forks are set up correctly - having said that in the UK the price difference between the bikes isn't much, so would plump for the Pro if its the same in the US
