Looking for smallest e-mtb frame

I have a friend who has not been able to find an e-mtb with short enough standover height for him. Does anyone make an XS e-mtb? Girls bike frames are fine. He has tried a bunch with no luck.

This ones about as small as you can get.

FYI. He found and bought a 2020 LIV Intrigue XS at a LBS. It is the smallest emtb you can buy with 27.5 wheels. Looks like a real nice bike.
