• Warning!!

Riding a tuned or deristricted EMTB is not a trivial offence and can have serious legal consequences. Also, many manufacturers can detect the use of a tuning device or deristricting method and may decline a repair under warranty if it was modified from the intended original specification. Deristricting EMTB's can also add increased loads for motors and batteries. Riding above the local law limit may reclassify the bike as a low-powered bike, requiring insurance, registration and a number plate.

Be aware of your local country laws. Many laws prohibit use of modified EMTB's. It is your responsibility to check local laws. Ignoring it, has potential implications to trail access, and risk of prosecution in the event of an accident.

After a long time, I solved the bug of the wrong speed displayed on the bike display with the new SL1.2 motor.
Thanks to my friend Mauro, he gave me the Creo 2 for one week and I found and solved the issue.
Now, thanks to the firmware update functionality, all the users can update the Levociraptor Gen3 with the version software 3.3 and the speed on the display will be displayed correctly.
Follow the instruction here for the update procedure
PS: during the firmware update, please don't care about the error message on the display.

Thanks to all users for their patience.

PS2: If when you turn on the bike the display shows an error message, please press a button to change the assistance level, and the error will disappear.

Best regards.

Hi,

Thanks for the update, my Creo2 now reports the correct speed!

I usually have "meat power/combined power" on screen and the "combined power" is only showing the "meat power" value.

Could you send me the screenshot of what you mean? Thanks.

Ok I've found what I was seeing:

If the vraptor max MPH is above 15.5mph then then the bike reports "motor power" accuratly upto 15.5mph, but when going faster, then motor power is not reported on screen.

Not an issue, just something to note.

This is a wanted feature... Because for Specialized the motor power should be zero over that speed...
Only BLEvo will show the correct motor power...

Hiya,

Loaded Blevo to attempt the firmware update on my Levo SL2 with a Gen3 Levociraptor but there doesn’t seem to be any functionality to do a firmware update? It’s at ver 3.2 I can connect to the Levociraptor but only see options to change wheel size, speed, crash etc….

What am I doing wrong😊

Phil
