Take Your obsolete 2020 S-Works at 20.5 kg (700wh)
Remove 50% of the battery cells = Saves almost 2 kg = 18.6 kg
Remove tools from the steerer tube
Go tubeless
Change to 2.3" tires with trail casing = Saves 350 g
Get a Selle X-LR saddle = Saves 110 g
Use Your old 34" factory fork = Saves 216 g
Remove chainstay protector and add some helitape

You will end up with a 17.5ish Levo with 350 wh and still 90 nm torque :unsure:;)

Ok smarty. How the feck do I remove battery cells?

Think it's not just power, but delivery, drive, drag too.

Should I take a jigsaw to the chainstay too to make that shorter

This ebike doesn't appeal to most 'ebikers'. But the minority, myself included. This sounds and looks like the bike I've been dreaming of for years.

no need to muck around with cells...i swapped my 700 with another owners 500, and you still have your warranty intact

I also switched to 27.5 instead of the 29ners, Ti bolts, renthal carbon bar and stem, praxis carbon crank, tubeless 2.3/2.4 dhf/dhr

after all that....net savings is 1.5kg.

But i would still rather have a SL :)
