levo/kenevo 20kph vs 20mph. Can the deal configure one or other of these speeds?

From what I've read I think these bikes max speed is 25kph in Europe and 20mph (or about 32kph) in the USA.

Does anyone know if this is something the dealer can change via their configuration software? (I presume the bike doesn't know where it is)

So if I purchased and lived in the USA and then moved to Europe I might want to get the bike made legal. Can the dealer make this change for me? And then when I returned to the US would like it put back to 32kph.

I'm sure there would be some dealers on here who would know!

Good question that also relates to emtb travel.

My guess is you go to your nearest friendly Specialized store to buy or hire your battery to replace the one you had to leave at home. At the same time they'd change the limit via Turbo Studio.
