I am in Brazil, having a discussion with a freight forwarder to transport a Levo Gen1 battery (504W/h) back to the UK. For that, they need an MSDS for the battery (Material Safety Data Sheet). Does anyone have that info at hand?
Long story short, I live in the UK but brought my back to Brazil to spend some time away from the UK winter and lockdown, but the battery is now faulty. Although still under warranty, Spesh does not cover it in BR. So, in order to have it replaced, I will need to take it back to the UK. The bike will fly with me as a regular bike, however, British Airways will not transport the battery, which will be shipped separately.
Ridercare UK is trying to help, but this will only involve lending / leasing me a battery to keep riding whilst still in BR
