I have lost the Seatstay Horst Pivot Bolt for the Levo 2020 with bearing spacers.
This is a 12mm width x 30mm length - Alloy - bolt and requires 20 NM of torque.
I have just found out that the only way to replace this, and the two spacers, is to order a full Pivot Kit. These are insanely expensive and includes paying for many parts that I don't need.
Is this the only way or is there a way of getting the specific parts that I need, much cheaper, than buying this full kit ?

What's "insanely expensive"? Most of their kits seem to be not crazy expensive. I like having a full kit around anyway for an older bike in case parts availability becomes an issue in the future.

I've done the same and bought the kit. Used several pieces so far. You are pretty much stuffed without it if you break something doing some maintenance etc otherwise.

I've ordered the expensive full kit

It might come in use for other things

When it finally comes time for me to get rid of the bike, I'm sure I can get some money back by selling the remaining kit that I haven't used
