LEVO 2019- Red and Blue flashing lights!!!!!!!!

Hi all,
Each Thursday evening I do my prep for my Saturday morning weekly ride- if anything gets in the way of this, it really effects me!
Anyway...last night on turning the bike on I get the flashing lights with no power to the motor
I tried re-cleaning, drying, opening the flap and then closing, wiggling the flap... everything I could think of..
but to no avail...
Luckily when I turned up at my LBS this morning on my way to work; they said no worries and they will look at it today (Thanks to the LBS Freeborn Cycles in Horsham West Sussex) I hope they can sort it today fingers crossed
My question is.... has this happened to you and was it a quick fix?
Please help my "no-ride this weekend anxiety"

I've just back from Freeborn cycles and they have sorted my bike! biking for me tomorrow now
I think I must be addicted as I sooo look forward to my biking

Me too , mine does the same plus doesn’t turn on/off . Think it’s the “motor not found” code , what does that mean ?

happened to me this morning and a good clean and blow out with a compressor sorted it... a splurge of WD and I was away

Heard wd40 ain’t good on electricals ! Mines in shop waiting for a new motor

So what was it?

They didn't specify as Spesh UK just said to replace the motor...Now my bloody Bluetooth doesn't work! I can't get my app (Apple) to connect to the bike
Any suggestions?

Mine did this.... shop changed the tcu and seems ok now.
