Changed tyres to Continental Mountain King 2.4... excuse the weird saddle angle (prostate relief)... proper set-up is a collection of solutions and trade-offs right? :unsure:

Whakarewarewa Forest - local fav playground. I know, I know... tail light is weird too for a dirt bike, but wifey and I often commute streets to get to cycle paths.

Current set-up: NUKEPROOF parts combo - Horizon Comp Pedals, Sam Hill 60mm 5° Stem, Horizon 38mm Riserbar - naturally added the Nukeproof decal on my top tube. :giggle:

Nice, had a HB club shuttle day yesterday up there, last shuttle I was going to get on was full so tried a ride to the top drop of, left a minute b4 bus and got within 30sec of top b4 bus passed me ? was a hard slog tho.

Chainring is a cheapo EK fan from China, $25 and still fine after 1000kms.
Its a Bryton 10 gps on the 40mm Renthal bars. Also fitted a 160mm airshaft to forks for a little extra travel and to slacken front by half a degree.....makes lifting front a tiny bit easier on this tank haha.

Deja vu!! This photo was taken in the same spot as yours but just to the right. Fully pooped after a 3rd day of riding. I think I clocked 20 shuttles with a few climbs and long loops.

Love Rotorua, I need to go back there soon.

Taken earlier this year whilst on holiday riding my favourite trails in the south West of Western Australia. Mountain biking already one of my favourite two wheeled hobbies but this bike has taken it too the next level since owning for the past year!

I recieved my Trance E+2 two weeks ago and it´s f*kn awesome.
I was used to ride a DH bike (YT TUES DH 2011) and stopped riding 5 years ago due to less and less freetime (job related). Geometries have changed so much since then that I feel even safer on my trance than I did on my DH bike :D

Picture was taken right out of the box so meanwhile the pedals got attached :D

Here's my 2020 Trance E+ 2 Pro.
It's a size M and I really should have gone for the L (I'm 178cm with rather long arms and legs as it seems). My friend has the large and I feel better on that one.
(And in the meanwhile I replaced this one with a Specialized Turbo Levo Comp 2021) :giggle:
