Kiox and komoot problems HELP

Looking for help please guys, I have managed to get everything working and connected BUT most of the time my route disappears from the kiox and keeps telling me to connect the ebike app, this is happening all the time. It also fails to direct me when i ride off grid.

Anyone able to help ?
