Hi bad day today got my kenevo 3 weeks ago went for a nice long ride today got 1 mile in and all of a sudden it felt like the back end had come loose when i looked down i saw oil all over the frame and then noticed the rear shock was knocking when compressing came to the conclusion shock has exploded, then had a nice mile walk back to the car.
A. is this something i have done by not seting up proply (bike is a large with a 500lb spring i weigh 96kg)
B. has this happend to anyone else
C. is it a fox warranty issue or should i return to supplier of bike

That spring sounds like its too soft for you - I would have though at least a 500 and maybe even higher for your weight if you factor in an extra couple of kg for riding kit and the extra weight of an EMTB you are probably looking at a spring that can take 105-110kg

Yes that shouldn't happen if the spring is there or there about for you

Don't offer any explanation of your own, just say what happened, not why or that you might be too heavy. They sold the bike to you, they are the experts, not you. If it was important, they should have asked what weight you were. Don't you feel guilty, this is down to them.

bike came fully built from shop , thanks for the advice bought bike online so will phone tomorrow sure they will help me out

Sounds like your spring rate is way too low, i know the linkage is a bit different for a Levo , but I was told I needed 700-750 lb spring for 100kg total weight , that was for a Marzocchi CR ( same as Fox van rc) by TF tuned. Take it back and plead ignorance.
