I can not connect with the mobile phone on my Shimano ep8.

Hello everybody from Spain.

One month ago I updated my Shimano EP8 in my bike (Megamo Crave 05 AL) with the mobile phone to the latest firmware version (I don't remember what firmware version it was the latest) and everything went well. Today I have tried to connect to the bicycle and it is impossible, it asks me for a password that Shimano says is 000000 but the bicycle tells me that this is not correct and I don't remember that I changed it for another. I deleted the profile of my bicycle from the Shimano E-Tube Project app and started everything again but the same thing happens to me, it asks me for a code to link the phone with the bicycle that I don't know, I'm very angry, someone can tell me?

The shop you got the bike from can connect to the bike with a PCE02 device and change/reset your password for you.
