This brings me to a problem I have. I own a lankeleise xt 750 400w hub drive. Not the best of quality bikes but good for the price.
When I pull away from stationary start the motor makes a screeching sound and does not engage straight away but then engages and drives fine with the motor being very quite. It will only make this noise when initially under load the motor runs quite and efficient after this initial start. By starting in a manual lower gear and applying the throttle slowly it then engages without any problems. I first thought it could be planetary gears and clutch but I have renewed these and still have the same problem. Any ideas would be most appreciated.
