How freely should crank turn?

Hey,

So my Whyte E-160 feels like the motor has quite a lot of drag when pedalling without the power on, I know it’s a heavy bike on tyres that aren’t the best at rolling but it feels like there is quite a bit of drag.

If I remove the chain, it turns quite freely, but if I push the crank arm and let go it gets around 1 turn before it comes to a stop. Is this normal? Should it spin as freely as a bike without a motor?
