Howdy Brandon,Western Masshole here, been MTBing 30+ years too ? Had to take a few years off after a few battles with Lyme, but since 2015, pedal assist has me riding 3X as much as I ever did unassisted, and on much more technical and hilly terrain!

As more of us longtime riders get on in years, eMTBs will thrive here and gain acceptance by demand - bank on it. Meanwhile I'll keep offering demo rides to any land management decision-makers I can accost...
