So this isn't technically on an ebike but I'm hoping someone can help me, as I am confused!

So I have a hope pro4 110 (boost hub), previously I had a rockshox boxxer and it fitted. I have a new marzocchi 58 and it fits but the disc hits the brake mount.

A quick Google and the 58 is a 110x20 non boost.

Is there anyway to convert my current wheel so it fits?

110 x 20 DH can be turned into 110 x 20 Boost with an adaptor and a re-dish, but the spacing of a Boost hub dictates where the hub flanges are and they cannot be made narrower, so the rotor mount will never line-up.

These are your options: Hope Conversion kit for Pro 4 hubs

Went through this exact thing myself with a Boost wheel and an old 110 x 20 DH fork. Happy to be corrected if anyone thinks they know better!

I have a non boost hope Hub somewhere, I'll mock it up with the 20mm adapters from my boost hub and see if that works 👍🏻

It's never easy is it 😂
