Our bikes are modified Gepida Bosch G2 CX MTBs. Features: dual battery, Nyon, home made 3.5" diag display single board computer. Odometer: 18.000km
The bikes are 6 years old, the batteries are the questions now. I tried to find simple answer: how good is my battery? Which is the simplest way to test it?
Solution: buy a cheap WH measuring relay-plug. Discharge your battery to almost flat, if possible to red exclamation. Then charge it fully with standard charger. You get a charging Wh. (of course, the charger internal loss will be included in the Wh, this is -10%. The battery charge-discharge Wh loss is another -10%.)
You can compare a new battery with another old one, you see the exact difference, this is a good KPI. I do some experiments and i will post the results.
My diag display is super, but it is really overkill for this question.
Right now only the 1st battery communicating on the CAN bus and charging, 162W. The external 230V Wh meters shows 180W.
