Hi from the Isle of Man. Haibike issues before first trail!

After using an ebike for commuting for a few years I've taken the plunge and bought a decent one.... Or I hope I have. After getting a haibike allmtn 5.0 delivered via post and getting the packing damage sorted,. The bike has developed a number of creaks,. I haven't even been on a trail yet but it was raining today! If anyone has tips or advice it would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear this. Not a problem I have experienced with either of my Haibikes but I have read of others with creaks that were cured by tightening bolts. Although with such a new bike I would let the seller sort it even if it has to be returned for service.
